Talent Acquisition Specialist

(TA Representative/Coordinator) for a

hybrid

role based in

Broomfield, CO , supporting our client

a global leader providing advanced systems and support in defense, aerospace, and security .

This role is essential for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, requiring a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with

1+ year of related experience . You will focus heavily on

interview scheduling

across multiple time zones, managing job requisitions, and supporting pre-onboarding processes for a high-volume, fast-paced TA team.

Compensation:

Competitive pay rate of

$27 per hour .

Benefits:

What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule all candidate interviews, including travel, across various time zones and using multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.

Collaborate with the TA Operations team to ensure job requisitions are processed with

accuracy, clarity, and urgency , maintaining consistency with internal standards.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional, and personable communication throughout the entire hiring journey.

Provide administrative support for the pre-onboarding process, including requesting candidate clearance verifications and organizing candidate offer paperwork.

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and team data, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

High School diploma or equivalent plus

1 or more years of related work experience . (A relevant degree may substitute for two years of experience).

Excellent

attention to detail, organizational skills , effective time management, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Proficiency with

Microsoft 365 Office products

(Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) is required.

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to support others in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills.

Experience with an

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , such as Infinite BrassRing, and familiarity with automated interview scheduling tools are preferred.
