Pay Rate:
$27 per hour
Provides day‑to‑day operational support for a computing environment, including onsite Tier 2 support, imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing outdated assets, and resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues. Requires a good technical background and administrative skills.
Responsibilities
Perform onsite deskside Tier 2 support duties.
Monitor stable processes/operations such as imaging computers, printer toner replacement, asset disposal, and ticket resolution.
Document and distribute information; update assets in Asset Center; follow KB articles.
Maintain effective e‑mail communication and basic documents/records (contact lists, process logs, incident reports, inventory, maintenance records, service orders).
Recognize and resolve problems using pre‑established documented solutions; report issues outside the scope to appropriate parties.
Maintain equipment, supplies, and data; schedule routine maintenance; order supplies; monitor inventory; interact with suppliers.
Apply technical knowledge (e.g., printer operations, troubleshooting using KB articles) to support processes or operations.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals.
Proficient with standard desktop applications (Microsoft Office, intranet, internet).
Understanding of computer security policies and general security concepts.
1 year or more IT experience preferred; recent college graduates considered.
Education Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
High school diploma or equivalent acceptable.
Additional Information
Travel to Valley City, ND as needed.
1st Shift schedule.
Business casual dress code.
