The MRB Engineer works closely with manufacturing and quality teams to disposition non-conformances, design MRB solutions, and provide frontline support to manufacturing operations. Approximately 40% of the work focuses on dispositioning non-conformances. The role requires tracking and reporting the status of open QNs in the ERP system, including turnaround times, priorities, closure rates, and ageing QNs. Strong knowledge of the SAP system (creation and closure of QNs/concessions) is essential. The engineer must bring solid experience in dispositioning non-conformances or MRB design as part of the organization’s quality experience.
Qualifications
7‑10 years of MRB experience in the aerospace domain (preferably quality engineering). Strong background in concessions/MRB for frontline manufacturing support.
Ability to make decisions on the disposition of non‑conformances and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering fields (Physics, Chemistry, Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering). Consideration for associate’s degree if 4 years of professional experience in manufacturing, design, or quality.
U.S. citizenship per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements.
