Job Description The Office Administrator will perform administrative tasks to support operations and accounting. The role involves ensuring inventory accuracy, managing documents, handling invoicing, and performing other tasks to maintain smooth business processes.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer invoicing accurately and on time.
Perform system inventory adjustments.
Coordinate finished products for shipping and ensure timely delivery.
Scan, file, and organize documents for easy retrieval.
Maintain organized files and records.
Assist with reconciling inventory purchases, inventory costs, and validating the costs.
Other duties as needed to assist the departments.
Essential Skills
Experience in administrative assistance and office administration.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge in purchase orders or invoicing is beneficial.
Work Environment The work environment is a newer, clean, and comfortable facility. The role is office‑based but may sometimes require going into the warehouse to check inventory levels. Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break. Business casual dress code. 10 paid holidays, monthly employee appreciation events, and an early‑Friday schedule from Memorial Day to Halloween.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of East Earl, PA. This position is anticipated to close on Dec 29, 2025.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 /hr.
