Job Description The City seeks a full time Oracle Apex full stack developer to support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams for the City. Candidate must be experienced with designing and executing complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support its Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning system.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements, develop and implement browser-based applications using Oracle Application Express.
Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex.
Develop scripts in SQL, PL/SQL for data conversion, data migration.
Develop external tables, joins, indexes, sequences. Write ad-hoc SQL queries and shell scripts.
Query optimization, performance, and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Hints, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect.
Debug complex applications and remediate defects in a fast paced environment.
Create dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment using APEX reporting tools.
Lead groups/gather requirements/define solution sets and remediate defects.
