Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to formulate effective case strategies.
Stay abreast of developments in the legal field, particularly in personal injury law and estate planning.
Assist in client consultations and offer legal advice as necessary.
Skills
Proficiency in legal administrative tasks.
Strong knowledge of law with a focus on personal injury law and estate planning.
Experience with Westlaw and Lexis‑Nexis for efficient legal research.
Ability to litigate cases effectively.
Proficient in legal drafting for various documents.
Familiarity with estate planning procedures and practices.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the state bar(s) with good standing.
