Litigation Attorney – Austin, TX
Trustpoint.One is partnering with a national litigation boutique to fill a Litigation Attorney position in their Austin office. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Texas and located in Austin.
Qualifications
At least two years of antitrust litigation experience.
Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a major law firm. A federal clerkship is a plus.
Experience managing all phases of litigation: discovery, research, drafting motions and briefs, depositions, and trial/mediation.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis‑Nexis and Westlaw to support litigation cases.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Collaborate with clients to gather information and develop case strategies.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice.
