Senior Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will identify and engage high-value prospects, develop strategic outreach campaigns, and help drive revenue growth. As a key player, you’ll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies and build a strong sales pipeline. Responsibilities

Proactively source and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking. Assess the needs and potential of leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services. Engage with leads to understand their pain points, needs, and interest in the company’s offerings. Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication. Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and other sales team members to hand off qualified leads and provide context for successful sales conversions. Guide and mentor junior BDRs, helping them refine their skills and improve performance. Track key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness, providing insights to improve sales processes. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies. Requirements

2+ years proven experience in a business development role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical skills to assess lead quality and sales effectiveness. Leadership abilities, particularly in mentoring and training junior team members. Compensation

The role offers a base salary of $70,000 – $80,000 plus commission, aligned with the candidate’s experience and skill set. Equal Opportunity Employer
