mid‑market decision‑makers Run world‑class cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach that
actually convert Book high‑quality demos and create pipeline for AEs in a fast‑moving sales org Work accounts end‑to‑end: research, prospecting, objection handling, handoff Track and manage activity in Salesforce with discipline and precision Consistently
hit and exceed monthly OKRs
(this role rewards performance) 1‑3 years of SaaS BDR/SDR experience
(complex or mid‑market preferred) Proven track record of
quota attainment Comfortable selling to executives and finance/ops leaders Coachable, competitive, and process‑oriented $85K Base $110K–$125K+ OTE (uncapped) Equity / Stock Options Hybrid schedule:
NYC office Tues & Thurs Top‑tier medical, dental, and vision High‑energy culture: team events, happy hours, offsites Small, elite team where
