We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Office Supervisor to support the daily operations of one or more medical practices. In this role, you will partner closely with the Office Manager to ensure efficient administrative, financial, and patient service operations while helping lead and support our office staff.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day practice operations, including scheduling, payroll support, billing coordination, and staff coverage
Serve as backup to the Office Manager and assist with administrative decision-making
Help train, coach, and orient staff to ensure excellent patient service
Ensure accurate insurance verification, authorizations, charge entry, and appointment reconciliation using EPIC
Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle team to improve billing accuracy and accounts receivable performance
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Promote a welcoming, respectful environment for patients, providers, and staff
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of administrative or clinic management experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, lead in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively
