Job Description The Allied Health Department at Alfred State College is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position. This role combines teaching on campus and supporting our online Healthcare Management program.
Responsibilities Teach and inspire: Deliver engaging online and on-campus courses, design high‑quality learning experiences. Mentor and advise: Guide students, hold office hours. Shape the future: Contribute to curriculum development and program updates. Engage and serve: Participate in departmental committees. Grow professionally: Embrace continuous learning opportunities.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in healthcare management, healthcare administration, business administration with a focus on healthcare, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications Doctorate in a healthcare‑related field. Teaching experience in higher education. Online teaching experience. Experience in student advising. Experience working in a healthcare‑related field, especially a management role. Ability to teach courses in other departmental programs.
Benefits Salary begins at $55,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Health insurance: Employer covers 73–88% of premiums; PPO or HMO options available.
Dental and vision: No cost to employees and eligible dependents.

Paid time off: Up to 13 sick days, 13 paid holidays annually, paid parental leave.
