Job Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of the tracking of audit notice letters received by the Group’s label clients
Oversee the audit fieldwork process, ensuring all relevant data is collected
Review and analyze audit claims, providing recommendations to label clients
Facilitate the settlement of audits in coordination with Business & Legal Affairs and Finance Departments
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly Audit Reserves/P&L Reports to label clients
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in managing the external audit process for a record label
Strong computer skills, including data entry and analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
Comprehensive working knowledge of WMG’s EROS artist royalty system
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; major in accounting, finance, or business is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office’s Access application
