What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the approval process for new contracts and amendments, including scheduling necessary meetings
Prepare final contracts and amendments for execution, ensuring all approvals are captured
Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of client audit responses prior to submission
Host onsite and desktop audits with clients, coordinating interviews with subject matter experts
Maintain a database for executed contracts and intake client audit requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory functions
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or insurance benefits
Working knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial insurance regulations
Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with extensive policy writing experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong PowerPoint and advanced Excel capabilities
Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze contract risks and recommend controls for solutions
