Base Pay Range $16.12 / hr – $43.76 / hr

Job Specifications This administrative role assists a department director in compiling data, preparing budgets and fiscal reports, maintaining records, and interacting with other departments and the public. Additional duties include developing programs, instruction, and formats using microcomputer technology, and preparing reports on general and specific subjects as required.
Minimum Training & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of clerical or secretarial experience, with at least two years at the Clerical Assistant III level or higher.
Completion of studies beyond high school may substitute 30 semester hours or 720 classroom hours for required experience.
Necessary Special Requirements Full truth verification is required. Applicants must complete the Criminal History Questions accurately. The selected candidate must pass a Truth Verification Examination before the offer is made.
Salary Range The hiring rate will generally not exceed $22.85 / hr. The range is $16.12 – $43.76 / hr.
Driver's License Requirements A valid Class‑E State driver’s license must be held at the time of appointment.
