About Nominal Nominal is building the software infrastructure that powers the world’s most advanced hardware systems – from spacecraft and autonomous vehicles to next-generation industrial machines. Our platform ingests high-rate telemetry, validates complex autonomy software in real time, and helps engineering teams iterate faster, without sacrificing safety or precision. We’re a small, fast-moving team of engineers and operators who own problems end-to-end, work across disciplines, and thrive on solving challenges at the intersection of hardware and software. As a dual-use platform, we're serving top-tier commercial and defense customers, including the U.S. Navy, United States Air Force, Anduril, General Atomics, and more. We’re backed by top-tier investors – Sequoia, General Catalyst, Founders Fund, Lux Capital, and Lightspeed Ventures – who share our mission to accelerate innovation in mission‑critical systems. Our team brings experience from SpaceX, Palantir, Anduril, Tesla, Bain & Company, and other leading companies, united by a common goal: enabling hardware engineers to push the boundaries of advanced technology with speed, safety, and precision.
What you’ll do
Ensure coverage across our customers: Track account allocation and help match the right people and skills to our right customer’s needs.
Drive visibility into team and account performance: Partner with Finance on account‑based unit economics. Pull product metrics, build dashboards, and work on customer health scoring. Drive the quarterly goal‑setting process for the Mission team.
Create leverage for the team: Set up integrations and automations between our CRM, business productivity tools, comms channels, and more. Develop scalable approaches to aggregate customer feedback into product themes and surface insights to Sales when usage patterns or customer signals should inform our sales motion.
Be the connective tissue between Mission and the rest of the company: Build enablement materials that help Sales partner with Mission effectively. Coordinate cross‑functional inputs and ensure information flows where it needs to go.
Improve how we work: Identify opportunities to procure new tools or partner with engineering to build internal solutions that improve team productivity.
