Job Description
Title: Corporate Safety Administrator
Reports to: Safety Manager
IES Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Safety Administrator to support our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate safety documentation, assisting with incident recordkeeping, analyzing safety performance data, and ensuring contractor compliance through our management portals. Responsibilities
Maintain and update EHS documentation, including incident logs, inspection records, and training records.
Enter, track, and analyze safety data to support reporting and trend identification.
Assist in the completion and submission of OSHA 300 logs and other regulatory documentation.
Support incident investigations by compiling evidence, completing reports, and tracking corrective actions.
Administer contractor management systems (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce), ensuring contractor compliance and record accuracy.
Support the onboarding process for contractors, including collection and verification of safety documentation.
Prepare periodic EHS reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee and incident data.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating EHS meetings, audits, and training sessions.
Participate in safety inspections and hazard recognition activities as assigned.
Minimum Education High School
Minimum Years of Experience 0-2
Specific Qualifications
Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
1–3 years of administrative or data management experience (EHS experience preferred).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint; experience with Power BI a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping requirements preferred.
Experience working in contractor or compliance management platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce) preferred.
