Lead Call Center Operator
Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Lead Call Center Operator to serve our Mercy Family Care adult and pediatrics clinic.

Responsibilities
Answer multi-line phone system and accurately and professionally direct and assist callers.
Schedule appointments and take accurate messages for the appropriate provider following office protocols.
Assume supervisory role when the Call Center Operations Manager is not able to attend to the immediate needs of any phone operator.
Requirements Education and Work Experience
High school diploma or GED.
One year of medical office experience required; previous pediatric experience preferred.
Previous experience in a call center preferred.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
