Business Solutions Manager with Ultimate Staffing Ultimate Staffing is conducting a search for an

Operations Manager

to lead and optimize operational functions for a growing organization in Newark, CA.

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities and coordinate with external manufacturing partners to meet quality, safety, and delivery requirements.

Manage teams in production, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material availability for production.

Utilize SAP for production planning, inventory control, and operational reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with quality, engineering, finance, and sales teams to align operational priorities.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in SAP (production and inventory modules required).

5-10+ years of experience in operations management within telecom, network infrastructure, or related manufacturing environments.

Proven ability to manage internal production and subcontracted vendors.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work on‑site.

Preferred

Background in fiber optic or network connectivity solutions.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar field.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday-Friday, first shift.

Competitive salary range: $90,000-$140,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
