Responsibilities
Oversee operations and delivery of patient care in collaboration with department leaders.
Monitor and facilitate patient flow and throughput.
Conduct regularly scheduled rounds on all areas to ensure safe and quality care.
Complete special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Support bedside clinicians to meet the department’s needs.
Qualifications
Current and valid New Jersey Nursing License.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; must obtain within three years.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, Telemetry, and IV Certifications; national certification preferred.
Minimum three years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in critical care or emergency department.
At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with leadership, motivational, critical thinking, program development, project management, group facilitation, and team building skills.
Demonstrated emotional maturity and ability to function effectively under stress.
Compensation Minimum hourly rate of $59.89.
