REGISTERED NURSE – EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT – F/T EVENINGS
JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute (Ocean Medical Center) in Brick, New Jersey seeks a full‑time Registered Nurse for evening shifts. This is a full‑time position with benefits in a facility that is part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network.

Responsibilities
Deliver nursing practices based on evidence‑based research and established policies.
Communicate continuously with patients, families and the healthcare team regarding status, care and treatment plans.
Administer medications using bar‑scanning and documentation technologies.
Maintain point‑of‑care electronic documentation of assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations.
Provide patient and family education to optimize health, wellness and disease management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discharge patients safely, ensuring continuity of care.
Qualifications
Valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
Minimum six months of acute care experience or active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.
Emergency nursing experience preferred.
Strong teamwork, communication, accountability and dedication to ongoing education.
Compensation Minimum rate of $44.24 hourly. Pay is benchmarked against market data and may include performance‑based incentives, shift differentials and other non‑discriminatory factors. Full‑time benefits include health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement and retirement.
