The Strategic Procurement Commodity Manager for our Radiopharma Business Unit plays a critical role in ensuring a reliable, cost-efficient, and strategically aligned supply chain for key radiopharmaceutical materials across the Molecular Imaging (MI) portfolio. This role leads cross‑business procurement alignment, optimizes supplier performance, and drives material productivity initiatives that directly support business growth, operational continuity, and customer value.

You Are Responsible For

Managing radiopharma commodities and sub‑commodities across businesses, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure consistent and strategic execution.

Leading and coordinating virtual and line‑managed teams to drive optimal commercial outcomes, cost savings, and global sourcing performance.

Defining and executing commodity strategies, including structure, sourcing models, and material productivity initiatives aligned to business targets.

Communicating long‑term procurement strategies to ensure reliable, cost‑efficient supply across the Molecular Imaging portfolio.

Negotiating frame agreements, establishing core assortments, and documenting contracts within Supplier Management systems.

Ensuring transparent communication of procurement and contractual updates to key project stakeholders.

Identifying procurement risks, market trends, and opportunities, and applying risk and change management to protect business continuity.

Developing and managing high‑performing supplier relationships to secure a stable, optimized global supply chain.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in strategic procurement, commodity management, supplier management, or strategic sourcing, preferably within radiopharma, healthcare, medical devices, automotive, aerospace and defense, Department of Defense (DoD), or other regulated industries.

Proven experience developing and implementing commodity strategies.

Demonstrated negotiation experience with verifiable year‑over‑year cost savings.

Strong understanding of supplier cost structures and commercial levers.

Experience with supplier development, risk management, and contract management.

Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a global, virtual environment.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Experience working with SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems.

Project management experience preferred.

High level of drive, ownership, and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Enjoys working collaboratively across Molecular Imaging and Siemens Healthineers global teams.

Willingness to travel internationally on a limited basis, as required.

Base Pay $89,220 – $122,672
