Financial Analyst II – Siemens Healthineers

Location (Onsite) Knoxville, TN
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate CapEx proposals, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback period analysis.
Partner with sales, operations, engineering, and project management teams to gather assumptions and validate business case inputs.
Present business cases and investment recommendations to senior management.
Track and monitor capital project performance post‑implementation to ensure alignment with expected outcomes.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities across the business; quantify financial impact and assist in execution and reporting.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements related to CapEx and cost management.
Analyze trends, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive cost efficiencies.
Assist in developing financial tools and dashboards for improved CapEx and cost tracking.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and approval processes.

Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a capital‑intensive or healthcare‑related industry.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a solid understanding of CapEx evaluation techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to work as an individual and in a team setting.
Compensation Base Pay Range: $74,350 – $102,234 (may vary by geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications).
