Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, you provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. You are part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
Schedule
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Education – High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
Retail experience – At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
Supervisor/Managerial experience – No supervisory/management experience required.
