Dominion House Program Manager – Schenectady, NY Dominion House is a short‑term, stabilization group home located in Schenectady, NY. The Program Manager provides leadership and supervision to staff and clients onsite, overseeing a program that serves 12 adults with severe mental illness and co‑occurring disorders such as substance use and chronic homelessness. Responsibilities

Provide program oversight, including evaluation of client referrals, admission processes, and coordination with service providers and family members to ensure client‑centered, transition‑focused services. Administer Medicaid billable services, maintain regulatory compliance, and oversee the safety and comfort of the community residence. Manage the program budget and oversee financial operations. Train, develop, and supervise 10 staff members, including two Assistant Program Directors/Managers; share on‑call duties on a rotating basis. Ensure the group home is maintained in a safe and healthy manner with client and team assistance. Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging. Provide transportation to clients using agency vehicles. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred; extensive experience in human services with education may be considered. Three years’ experience in a residential setting with individuals who have a mental illness diagnosis. Two years’ supervisory experience required. Valid and insurable driver’s license; personal vehicle required for business use when not transporting clients. Experience with electronic records. Experience with crisis intervention and prevention. Strong leadership ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Benefits and Compensation

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with rotating on‑call duties. Annual salary: $69,992.00. Excellent benefits, staff training, generous paid time off, and a 30‑minute paid lunch.
