In-Process Inspector at RICO Manufacturing, Inc.
Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections at key stages of fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint to ensure products meet specifications before moving to the next operation.
Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, weld quality, critical dimensions, finishes, and proper component installation using drawings, measuring tools, and checklists.
Record inspection results, document any nonconformances, and initiate corrective actions or holds as needed; ensure traceability of inspections and rework.
Work closely with welders, assemblers, painters, and leads to identify issues early, clarify requirements, and promote right‑first‑time quality.
Verify adherence to RICO quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory or industry standards throughout the production process.
