Our facility in King of Prussia, PA has an immediate opportunity for a level 4 Integrated Program Planner to join our mission supporting the FBM program.
Summary of Key Duties
Prepare and coordinate the modeling and re‑engineering of the Integrated Master Schedule for new or existing programs and support the integration of the Integrated Master Plan into the Integrated Master Schedule.
Establish and coordinate business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives.
Utilizing applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses.
Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.
Implement, maintain and manage planning products in support of planning processes.
Perform independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics.
Conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management.
Maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and the Program Summary Master Schedule.
Basic Qualifications
Program planning experience.
Aerospace planning/scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS.
Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS).
Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance.
Desired Skills
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Extensive experience in Earned Value Management.
Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team.
Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines.
Strong sense of follow‑up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality.
Experience with Open Plan Professional, OnePager Pro.
Experience with Data‑Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance.
Experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques.
