For over 60 years the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) team supported the Navy’s mission to provide affordable and credible strategic defense. The program is growing and requires experienced planners to deliver advanced technologies while maintaining the technical requirements of strategic deterrence. Our facility in Cape Canaveral, FL offers an immediate opportunity for a Level 3 Integrated Program Planner supporting the FBM program. Responsibilities

Develop, status, and analyze resource‑loaded schedules to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner. Ensure established baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analysis, and forecasting objectives. Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners. Present schedule information to Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Management. Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management. Desired Skills

Active Secret security clearance. Working knowledge of a scheduling tool such as Open Plan Professional or Microsoft Project Professional. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Understanding of Critical Path Methodology. Experience with DCMA Guidelines. Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. Benefits

Onsite full‑time; no telecommuting. Shift / Schedule

First shift; 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off. Security Clearance
