About The Role You will be responsible for executing sales strategies and tactics to maximize product awareness and increase market share in an assigned territory by implementing approved programs and processes. This role requires frequent traveling throughout the territory and attendance at conferences and tradeshows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes within the territory to promote the sale of products.
Maintain regular contact with customers, distributors, sales representatives, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals who influence purchasing decisions.
Monitor competitive activity, trends, and changes in market conditions and competitor strategies.
Analyze territory sales performance, identify areas of opportunity, and develop action plans to improve sales results.
Attend key regional and national trade shows.
Coordinate and participate in local events such as seminars, roundtable discussions, advisory board meetings, etc.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and new product introductions.
Manage all aspects of the territory, including but not limited to call planning, expense management, and sales forecasting.
Collaborate with other departments and functions to achieve desired business outcomes.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders who influence purchasing decisions.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience
Proficiency in communicating complex concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders through written and spoken communication.
Ability to analyze data and present findings for business decision‑making.
Self‑motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.
Must possess and maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license and meet BD’s auto safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience in the Life Science Industry.
Workplace Arrangements On‑site collaboration is prioritized. Most roles require a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week. Remote or field‑based positions will have different arrangements indicated in the posting.
Vaccination Policy Employment is contingent upon the Company’s receipt of sufficient proof of full vaccination against COVID‑19. Testing may also be required in some locations.

Salary $78,322 - $129,230 (Includes base + incentives).
