Hybrid Role - Tuesday – Thursday (Onsite), Mon & Fri (Remote)
Role Summary
Provide project support for one or multiple projects across Company. Project activities included but are not limited to following:
The Harley-Davidson Project Management Methodology, plan on a page (POAP),tracking open actions/tasks, resources, and due dates
Track budget and PO’s to actual/plan
Support team members and project leaders as requested
Participate in Daily/Weekly meetings
Provide weekly summary updates
Responsibilities
Support Engineering vehicle build events
Manage engineering build parts coordination – Generate build parts list, Track incoming --parts, inventory and ship parts
Manage Engineering fleet vehicles –
Complete workorders to update engineering fleet updates
Recommended Experience
General knowledge of motorcycles
Strong communication skills
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft office
