STS Technical Services is hiring a Project Coordinator to support engineering and vehicle build programs in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role provides hands‑on project support across one or multiple Harley-Davidson initiatives, working closely with engineering teams, project leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Job Overview The Project Coordinator provides project support across engineering and vehicle build programs. Responsibilities include tracking tasks, budgets, parts, and schedules while supporting daily project operations and reporting.
This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week with on‑site core hours Tuesday through Thursday.
Core Responsibilities
Provide project support for one or multiple projects across Harley-Davidson
Follow the Harley-Davidson Project Management Methodology
Maintain plan‑on‑a‑page documentation
Track open actions, tasks, resources, and due dates
Track project budgets and purchase orders versus actuals and plan
Support team members and project leaders as requested
Participate in daily and weekly project meetings
Provide weekly summary status updates
Support engineering vehicle build events
Manage engineering build parts coordination
Generate build parts lists
Track incoming parts inventory
Ship parts as required
Manage engineering fleet vehicles
Complete work orders to update engineering fleet records
Work Schedule
40 hours per week
8 hours per day
Core on‑site hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
On‑site Tuesday through Thursday
Recommended Experience
General knowledge of motorcycles
Strong communication skills
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
