Job responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner; resolve customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and schedule service; welcome prospective new customers interested in learning about our services.
Make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments.
Additional responsibilities may include daily reporting, updating customer account information, accounts payable, human resource paperwork, payroll processing, etc.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
Previous experience with customer service on the phoneStrong problem solving skills
Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
Time management talent and a sense of urgency
Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.
