Role Description:
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Manager of Business Development Sales located in Shreveport, LA. The Manager of Business Development Sales will be responsible for leading efforts to identify, develop, and grow revenue opportunities. Key tasks include managing sales teams, creating strategic plans, building relationships with new and existing clients, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and developing innovative business strategies. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure sales objectives align with overall company goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Proficiency in sales analytics and market research techniques
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead sales teams effectively
Strategic planning and management skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Results‑driven with a focus on achieving sales goals and KPIs
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the beverage industry or FMCG sector is a plus
