Overview
White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers.
Responsibilities
Organize shifts and manage schedules.
Handle cash, process orders and work the cash register and drive‑thru.
Prepare orders, maintain kitchen sanitation and work the fryer/griddle.
Oversee customer service, motivate and lead the team.
Manage inventory and ensure a safe, healthy work environment.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of food service or management experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to stand up to 8 hours per shift and lift 30‑50 lbs repeatedly.
Strong teamwork, friendly and respectful attitude.
Enjoy high energy, fast‑paced environment and promote the White Castle brand.
