Responsibilities
Organize shifts and manage scheduling.
Handle cash & operating the cash register and drive‑thru.
Manage inventory, prepare orders and maintain sanitation standards.
Motivate and lead the team, provide customer service & satisfaction.
Operate fryer & griddle, keep the dining area clean.
Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols.
Qualifications
Previous food service or management experience.
Strong leadership, caring, responsible and trustworthy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
