What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide support and analysis to improve revenue cycle operations across the organization

Collaborate with end-users, vendors, and internal information systems staff to enhance business and clinical processes

Develop work plans and train users on system functionalities

Document current business processes to ensure alignment with departmental needs

Work closely with the Enrollment team and other network staff for effective billing setup

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or formal technical training or equivalent experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position

Strong analytical skills to promote system and workflow improvements

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Excellent communication skills to train users and document processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with revenue cycle management systems or healthcare operations

Familiarity with billing and enrollment processes in a healthcare setting

Skills in project management or process improvement methodologies
