Pay Range Base pay: $15.00/hr – $16.75/hr.
Essential Duties
Respond to customer complaints of machine malfunction; analyze the mechanism to find the root of the problem.
Assist the Facility Manager with installation, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade and bowling machines.
Identify common problems with components such as controls and audio systems.
Additional Duties
Perform maintenance and repair tasks.
Keep a clean and organized workshop.
Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and closing shift (store closes at 2 a.m.), with overtime as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
Non‑Essential Duties
Follow up to complete assigned work.
Maintain high ethical standards.
Report all irregular issues to upper management.
Maintain good communication with employees and outside contacts.
Comply with confidentiality of company policies.
Maintain a clean and safe working area.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, high integrity and respect for everyone.
Solid communication, critical and analytical thinking, and appreciation for diversity.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Two‑year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Work Environment
Regularly works in a bowling center/arcade with high noise, dust, and activity; environment usually loud.
Physical Demands
Require bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, high mobility in small spaces.
Stand and walk for extended periods during busy times; use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach.
Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
