Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Auto Parts . Compensation Pay Range $15.00 - $20.00 Essential Job Functions
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including execution of customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc…) Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed. Process special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger. Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly, issue accurate refunds using correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise correctly. Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store. Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned. Verify team members are adhering to posted work schedule, approve changes/deviations, and clock in/out according to company policy. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money/deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring night security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming security alarms, and securing delivery vehicle(s). All other duties as assigned. Skills / Education / Knowledge / Experience / Abilities
Strong communication skills. Ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts. Automotive systems and repair knowledge. ASE Certification. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired). Total Compensation Package
