What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop comprehensive strategic plans to support the employer's business goals and growth initiatives.
Manage and execute business opportunity analyses, financial modeling, and business case development for new product opportunities and special projects.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision‑making.
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners, including private equity sponsors.
Track and report on key performance indicators related to strategy implementation and business development efforts.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting, product strategy, corporate strategy, investment banking, or related roles.
Proven experience managing strategic planning, business case development, or special initiatives in a corporate setting.
3+ years of total professional experience demonstrating increasing responsibility and leadership.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholder groups.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of the employer’s products is a strong plus.
Experience in the healthcare or healthcare IT industry is a strong plus.
