What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify acquisition and investment targets, developing business cases through market analysis and competitive landscape evaluation
Lead end-to-end M&A and investment processes, including due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning
Develop comprehensive financial models to assess potential transactions, conducting analyses to evaluate earnings impacts
Drive product evaluation during due diligence, assessing target products and their integration feasibility
Create detailed post-acquisition integration plans to enhance product offerings and maximize synergies
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, venture capital, or private equity within the technology sector
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, business, statistics, or economics; MBA is strongly preferred
Proven track record of leading successful acquisitions with a focus on product-driven outcomes
Strong M&A deal execution experience, including financial modeling and negotiations
2+ years of product management experience in AI-driven companies, particularly in B2B SaaS or applied machine learning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Depth of experience in AI/ML domain with knowledge of LLMs, AI-driven product strategy, and commercialization of applied AI
Strong numerical fluency and analytical problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to leverage customer and market data to inform business strategy
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
