Requirements
General Building Maintenance experience preferred: Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Grounds, HVAC, Masonry, etc.
Primary focus in plumbing; experience in residential and commercial preferred.
Licensing/Certifications not a requirement.
Educational environment experience a plus – not required.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift 50-90 lbs, stand, walk, squat, kneel, bend, twist, reach, grasp or similar actions for extended periods, operate indoors/outdoors, work well in a team environment, work well independently.
Reliable during potential emergency situations; Essential Personnel.
Trade related Safety Training experience a plus: Lock Out/Tag Out, Slips/Trips/Falls, Ladder Safety, Right to Know/Haz. Comm, Silica Exposure, AHERA, Integrated Pest Management, Fire Safety Systems, Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure, etc.
Driver’s license.
