Primary Purpose The Sr. Manager of Process Operations PDT at Kate Spade is responsible for implementing strategies, processes and timeline adherence of the PDT across all product teams and key cross‑functional partners. This role involves developing, analyzing, measuring, optimizing, and documenting current and future processes across the C2C/PDT and Product to Market. The Sr Manager has expertise and understanding of interconnecting functions and processes to optimize, create stability and sustainability in our activities linked to business goals.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross‑functional teams to facilitate assessments and improve business processes through tools, metrics, and dashboard reporting to enable decision making.

Provide a stable foundation for procedures and processes that enable the execution of creative and business activities through the supply chain.

Provide communication, problem‑solving, risk assessment, and facilitation of meetings.

Create consistent documentation which captures evolving processes across various functional areas.

Lead collaborative efforts across business groups to resolve potential and actual cross‑functional issues that affect the organization.

Monitor results and publish reports for future improvement.

Manage the sample closet, ensuring organization and accessibility for all team members.

Maintain sample tracking systems for internal audit visibility.

Plan and execute special projects, including coordinating with various departments to ensure timely completion and alignment with company objectives.

Proactively manage overlaps and conflicts by anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they arise.

Ensure meetings are scheduled well in advance to allow team members to plan and avoid conflicts.

Anticipate time conflicts and address them proactively to ensure smooth operations and effective time management.

Skills and Knowledge

Deep knowledge of creative operations, product development, merchandising, and supply chain processes.

Practical experience in documenting processes and mapping.

Knowledge of relevant business practices and standards, modeling, and simulation tools.

Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and wider Tapestry organization.

Ability to perform efficiently within a fast‑paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.

High level of organizational skills, including strong attention to detail, time management, and follow‑up/follow‑through.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt and influence creative leads and senior executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 8+ years of development and supply‑chain experience working with product from concept through execution.

Seasoned strategic‑thinking leader with proven abilities to successfully execute strategies to tactical action.

Proven leadership and managerial experience, including developing a high‑performing team and individuals.

Capable of evaluating and changing priorities as needed.

Ownership‑oriented individual who will take responsibility for decisions.

Work Setup **Base Pay Range** – $105,000.00 to $115,000.00
