The Service Operations Supervisor Responsibilities Provide direct supervision, leadership, coaching, and daily direction for assigned service location. Oversee training and performance in safety, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and key metrics. Manage relationships with customers and sales teams and foster revenue generation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Ensure safety training and medical testing requirements are current and standard work is followed.

Create a diverse teamwork environment.

Build positive relationships with the sales team, other departments, external customers, and suppliers.

Conduct oral presentations to customers, caregivers, product demos, and cross‑training.

Manage site inventory accuracy.

Enforce federal, state, local regulations and company policy compliance.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Achieve key operational measures at assigned location.

Justify personnel or equipment requirements and assist with procurement.

Maintain service revenue generation and contract performance.

Ensure proper utilization of parts and equipment.

Required Experience & Qualifications: To succeed, you must possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or associate degree plus 5+ years in field service, or 8+ years without a degree.

Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.

Experience with medical device hands‑on environments.

Communicates vision, sets goals, aligns staff performance.

Adaptable to new technology; comfortable with Microsoft Office.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.

Schedule flexibility/on‑call as required, with occasional overnight travel.

Strong technical interpretation, analysis, application skills.

Must wear PPE; gloves supplied to include latex and non‑latex.

Frequent exposure to biohazards – hospitals, service centers, depots.

Compensation is key to your next career step. We offer a base salary range of $80,000–$110,000, subject to skills, experience, and location.
