Base Pay Range
$75,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
Job Summary The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of landscape construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate field teams and subcontractors, and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. The ideal candidate will have experience in the landscaping industry and a passion for managing teams and delivering high‑quality outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscaping projects from start to finish.
Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and labor resources effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Read and interpret landscape design plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Conduct site visits, prepare project updates, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, company standards, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with sales and design teams to support project estimating and proposals.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
Strong understanding of landscape installation, irrigation, hardscaping, and horticulture practices.
Ability to read and interpret landscape design drawings and construction documents.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
