Job Overview Hillman Outdoor Living LLC is looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Superintendent to oversee high-end residential landscaping and hardscaping projects from start to finish. As Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing field operations, supervising subcontractors, maintaining jobsite safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a leadership role requiring experience, reliability, technical acumen, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage on-site residential landscaping/hardscaping projects

Lead and coordinate daily work activities of subcontractors and crews

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

Ensure adherence to project specs, safety guidelines, and deadlines

Use tools like Buildertrend, CompanyCam, and Pool Studio (preferred but not required)

Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Provide daily updates and documentation using smartphones or tablets

Solve on-site issues proactively and efficiently

Operate heavy equipment when necessary (preferred, not required)

Qualifications

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction or landscape project supervision

High school diploma or GED required

Bilingual required (English/Spanish)

Strong leadership and time management skills

Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated

Technologically savvy and familiar with construction tech platforms

Comfortable managing subcontractors and multiple timelines

Commitment to safety and craftsmanship

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Weekly pay cycle

Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, and holidays)

Schedule Full‑time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required as needed
