Salary Range:
$86,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
Manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory and procurement.
Ensure rapid and effective response to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and overall asset performance.
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning and tracking.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and maintenance best practices (e.g., TPM, RCM, PdM).
Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a maintenance team, including budget and project management.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced CMMS functionalities or implementation projects.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Familiarity with PLC programming, automation, or robotics in a manufacturing setting.
Proven experience managing capital expenditure projects for facility upgrades or equipment installation.
