$84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability of all plant machinery and infrastructure.
Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
Oversee compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality policies.
Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance activities and minimize operational downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Recommended Qualifications
X+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and control systems (PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics).
Proven ability to implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM, RCM).
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing, training, and developing maintenance teams.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proven experience with advanced automation, robotics, or PLC programming.
Demonstrated project management experience with large-scale capital equipment installations or facility upgrades.
