Responsibilities
Own and govern integration platforms (TIBCO, Control‑M, Informatica) including operational lifecycle management, SLA adherence, performance tuning, capacity planning, and standardization of integration frameworks and patterns.
Oversee API, middleware, and data integration operations, managing TIBCO BW/BWCE/Mashery environments, Informatica ETL pipelines, and Control‑M job scheduling (dependencies, calendars, throughput, job failure management).
Lead daily operational support (L1/L2/L3) across ESB, ETL, and scheduling platforms—driving incident management, RCA, ITIL compliance (Change/Incident/Problem/Release), audit/security readiness, and planning for go‑lives, deployments, and hypercare.
Drive monitoring, observability, and SRE practices by implementing Dynatrace/Prometheus/Grafana dashboards, automating alerting and runbooks, reducing MTTR, and improving reliability and platform health.
Ensure platform security and compliance, managing RBAC, OAuth/mTLS, cert/token rotation, vulnerability remediation, patching, platform hardening, and adherence to InfoSec and regulatory controls.
Provide release, environment, and stakeholder leadership, overseeing CI/CD workflows, configuration management, HA/DR planning, vendor coordination, cross‑team collaboration, and maintaining operational documentation, reports, and governance artifacts.
Qualifications
Minimum 5‑7 years’ progressive experience supporting, operating, or administering enterprise integration platforms such as TIBCO BusinessWorks/BWCE, EMS, Mashery/API Gateway, or similar middleware.
Operational experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS/IDMC, or equivalent ETL platforms.
Background in ETL job tuning, workflow troubleshooting, repository management, and migration support.
Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Logstash, Kibana, Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, or similar.
Experience in managing outsourced vendor for operations related tasks.
Automotive or financial services industries preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
Master’s degree preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Relevant platform certifications (TIBCO, Informatica, Control‑M, Cloud) are a plus.
Strong expertise with TIBCO BusinessWorks/BWCE, EMS, Mashery/API Gateway, and enterprise integration patterns.
Hands‑on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS/IDMC for ETL.
Solid experience with Control‑M job scheduling, workload automation, dependency modeling, and SLA optimization.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or containerized integration deployments.
Proven experience leading L1/L2/L3 operational and engineering teams in a 24×7 environment.
Proven skills in ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Release).
Proven track record of driving RCA, MTTR reduction, and operational excellence.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, Nexus, Artifactory, and automated deployment pipelines to build and maintain Tibco deployments.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, including PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with cross‑functional departments and managing outsourced vendor.
Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity, creativity and good judgment.
Must have the ability to challenge, when appropriate, existing practices.
Work Environment Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.
Salary Range $100,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
