$60,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Leverage tools such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and data providers to build targeted prospect lists. Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and decision‑making processes; qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high‑quality opportunities to the sales team. Outbound Campaigns: Develop and execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns, personalizing messaging to resonate with prospects and address their pain points. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and ensure alignment with the sales pipeline; provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system; meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals, including calls, emails, meetings set, and qualified leads delivered. Your Qualifications

Must-Have

Proven experience in an outbound sales, BDR, or similar role (2–5 years preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms Confidence in making high‑volume cold calls and personalized email outreach Results‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with Private Security, Healthcare, Retail, Transportation & Logistics Knowledge of sales engagement platforms like SalesLoft Experience with lead generation and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc. Skills and Attributes
