Residential Supervisor (Weymouth) – RFK Community Alliance
Join our dedicated team at RFK Community Alliance, where your talent in youth service fuels brighter futures for our youth. We are seeking a passionate Residential Supervisor to support and lead our youth service team.
Pay & Benefits Base pay: $24.00/hr – $26.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $1,500 after 12 months).
Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Location: Lancaster, MA.

Responsibilities
Provide direct care responsibilities on assigned shift.
Lead shift in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
Implement assigned weekend day master schedule.
Supervise direct care staff.
Manage shift operations and support youth during emotionally charged situations.
Qualifications / Physical Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing a high‑paced, emotionally charged treatment environment.
Demonstrated leadership and maturity; capable of working effectively with a range of staff.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
Minimum of one year residential experience.
