We're hiring an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead residential and commercial floor coating projects from bid through completion. This role combines estimating accuracy with hands‑on field coordination.
What You'll Do
Estimate project costs for materials, labor, and equipment
Manage schedules, crews, and subcontractors on‑site
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth delivery
Track budgets, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation
Requirements
Experience managing and estimating floor coating or similar construction projects
Strong scheduling, budgeting, and crew coordination skills
Field‑focused mindset with attention to quality and safety
Clear, professional communication with clients and teams
